The form changes approved by the Forms Subcommittee of the Montana Association of REALTORS® in May 2024, in accordance with the NAR Settlement requirements, are now complete. These updated forms have been uploaded to all of MAR’s licensed form vendors' platforms and are available for use by MAR members.
